The Springs @ Talise

Water Pump Test 

Talise means “beautiful water” and ours is now flowing! Our development team ran a series of tests on the first pump that will be supplying water to The Springs and The Township. This ground water comes from the Carrizo aquifer, and is currently pumping at 300 gallons per minute.

Community Center

The Springs master team of architects and landscape designers have recently completed the renderings showing the plans for the future Entrance and the Community Center.

All rendering are artist representation and are subject to change.

Construction continues to progress at The Springs. The team is working through the final section of roadway subgrade in preparation for base installation, bringing us another step closer to completing the road infrastructure throughout the development.
We are also making progress at the entrance as we prepare the area for our future marquee walls, landscaping and water features.

The Springs Amenities Begin Construction Phase

The vision for The Springs at Talise is becoming a reality. A significant milestone was reached during the recent pre-construction meeting. The approved Community Center and amenity areas are now moving into the construction phase. What was once a vision on paper is beginning to take shape. Several companies gathered together to help develop the premier amenity package that makes The Springs at Talise like no other community in South Texas. This next phase will include the construction/installation of our expansive marquee walls, water features, landscaping, lighting, ornate metal gates, and state-of-the-art security that creates our one-of-a-kind grand entrance, followed soon after by construction of The Springs Community Center.

The Township @ Talise

Phase 1 of the Township continues to advance into the roadway construction phase.

Stockade Boulevard has been completed, and preparations are underway for paving Cattleman Boulevard later this month.
Sewer and waterline infrastructure are complete, while work continues on the storm drainage system and major drainage channels.
