The Springs @ Talise
Water Pump TestÂ
Talise means “beautiful water” and ours is now flowing! Our development team ran a series of tests on the first pump that will be supplying water to The Springs and The Township. This ground water comes from the Carrizo aquifer, and is currently pumping at 300 gallons per minute.

The Springs master team of architects and landscape designers have recently completed the renderings showing the plans for the future Entrance and the Community Center.

The Springs Groundbreaking and Ribbon Cutting was held on June 7, 2025.
The event took place near the future site of The Springs Community Center
The roads in phase 1 have been cleared, and the main water lines are being installed.
Excavation and embankment of roads is complete. A crushed concrete base is being installed. The storm drain has been trenched, installed, and backfilled.
Over the last few days, 16,000 tons of asphalt have been installed along the main boulevard.
The Township @ Talise
Phase 1 of the Township continues to advance into the roadway construction phase.
Stockade Boulevard has been completed, and preparations are underway for paving Cattleman Boulevard later this month.
Sewer and waterline infrastructure are complete, while work continues on the storm drainage system and major drainage channels.
